"We worked with Mary to find a home in lower Westchester. I admit that we didn't know much about the area at the beginning. Mary's knowledge of the area is vast. She was able to help us pinpoint neighborhoods and eventually settle on one. Then the fun began. We found a house we love and then spent 8 months waiting to purchase it. Mary was patient, encouraging, and very available. She is proactive with sellers' agents, and willing to follow any lead to get things done. In addition, Mary is good humored and focused on her clients. You will be in good hands."

"I listed my 6 family rental property located within the Yonkers Downtown Waterfront Area with Mary. She was extremely professional and personable. I felt very comfortable with her immediately because she gave me time to explain my reasons for selling, what I expected from the sale and my other considerations. Mary also knew commercial real estate backwards and forwards. I had an issue that had to be resolved at the County Clerk's office and because I wasn't familiar with dealing with the issue Mary met me there and walked me right through it, saving the deal from getting held up. The buyer turned out to be very difficult and Mary immediately stepped in and acted as a liaison for me. She handled this buyer in a diplomatic, professional and personable manner in effect saving the deal. I was very impressed with her people skills. Whenever there were any issues or questions, I was sure to get an email or call from Mary to make sure I was aware of what was going on. I had a particularly difficult buyer and Mary immediately assumed the role of liaison keeping all lines of communication open and flowing. She is also bi-lingual and that helped me tremendously with my Spanish speaking tenants. When I walked away from the sale it was one of the few times I felt my broker earned every dime of their commission. Since then I have never hesitated to recommend Mary Kinglsey to anyone looking for a good real estate broker."

"Mary was recommended to us by friends who had worked with her to purchase a home in Briarcliff Manor. When we met her we had just stepped off of a plane from England and were desperate to find a home in Westchester. Mary went above and beyond the call of duty and even stepped in to help us when our baby became ill and needed hospital attention. We looked at several homes and she was very patient with us as we determined what was important to us, such as highly rated local schools and nearby amenities, whilst also having space and privacy around us. Once we found our dream home it only took 6 weeks from signing to closing. We would definitely recommend Mary and not only had a wonderful experience with her as our agent, but have also made a new friend."

"Mary represented me in the purchase of my third residence and of all the realtors I have met and dealt with she is the utmost professional AND DEFINITELY the most efficient.
